How to install pretty easy, just four times the next, install, and so on .....
Please run the Proxy Finder Enterprise if it is complete install, it will look like this:
Click on "File" and select "Load List"
Please take the file you created in the Proxy Finder Enterprise.
It will look like below,
Then click "Test" and select "All", waiting in a (hopefully) not too long.
It will look like this:
Click "No" if there is a dialog box "If you are not satisfied with the test result or speed, please download the path to fix it ......."
The final step,
Do it as shown in the figure below,
Right-click on the table, then select "Delete timeout proxies"
Do not forget to "save"
If you want to use double-click the proxy in question,
Then check on the status bar right (Mozilla Firefox)
