Google launches free public DNS

Google has opened a new service to the public, the Domain Name System (DNS.) service allows users to use the internet to quickly, accurately and safely.

This new service allows users to change the DNS of their ISP DNS from Google that claims by google is optimal in the search server. Internet users are constantly accessing the DNS every time they enter a URL in their browser, clicking on a hyperlink, send an email, or perform other tasks that require the completion of the IP address of a host name.

One Internet user today is probably possessed DNS Server yanglambat or even evil. This makes Google's new service has the potential performance and good security.

Users can try out the new service by entering the Google DNS memorable. DNS IP addresses (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) in the existing DNS settings, either individually on each computer they are using, or centered on the AirPort base station or other router, which will then access the Google DNS to perform all search host ..

No Redirection, Blocking or Filtering

Other free DNS services are available, but most of them cover the costs by shifting the search fails or redirection (a mistyped URL) to a page advertising the suggested alternatives. So far, Google does not do the commercial transfer. Instead, the company provides a free service as a way to collect information about how users use the Internet in an anonymous and aggregate level.
