Do not be denied again, finding a job is becoming increasingly difficult these days. Despite attending many of selection and job interviews, there is no guarantee we will get the job done.

Before desperate job hunting, consider some of the following can us get the dream job.

1. Understand the job description

Job openings can be fairly clear hint about the type of work environment we would find, and the type of candidate sought by a company.

Here are some common phrases used in job advertisements, and how to interpret it:

# "Opportunity to Grow". This statement is a favorite of the newly established company with big dreams but little capital. Often, these companies do not tell you that they are not going to give a big salary because it provides "an opportunity" to flourish. Before you get caught up in this phrase, make sure that the company is indeed what we are looking for and need a long term career basis.

# "Flexible Working Hours". This sentence is also a favorite choice of the fledgling company. It also means we must be prepared to spend almost every night for overtime, or come in early to prepare for presentation to the client.

2. The new rules of social media

If you are looking for work, social media accounts we can be disastrous. And if we already have a job, the account could be made we were dismissed.

Career Coach Maribel Aber, as reported by Shine, Saturday (09/08/2012), list things what we should not share with everyone.

# Recognition honest. People often make their social media accounts as a diary (diary) online, and confess all the bad things they do. If you do this, we might as well post, "Do not hire me."

# Sensitive. Be careful when posting something on a social networking account. Be sensitive to everything and try not to offend others with our posts. Remember, we are not the meaning of the statement, but how they interpret the statement. (RFA)
