CALIFORNIA - What happens if a home entertainment device can be used to watch TV and play games just by adding the set-top-box. Well, according to recent reports, Microsoft is reportedly working on the device, and will pitch next year.

Cited by sources close to Microsoft's plans, The Verge proclaim that set-top box will be sold at an economical cost, and provide options for consumers to choose watching TV and playing console games.

Software giant based in Redmond plans to release products gress next year, the latest Xbox console and Xbox TV box.

According to rumors, the device will be rolled before the Christmas shopping, the Xbox set-top box will run with the "major component" of Windows 8, and provided a number of casual game titles, meaning that not all titles can be played in such an innovative device.

Unfortunately, until now there has been no information about the specifications of the device, but said that Microsoft will embed a chipset that allows users to access access to TV and entertainment services quickly. (FMH)
