Doni Admits Almost Died in Liverpool

Botafogo - Alexander Doni reveals startling facts during his career with Liverpool. Goalkeeper who currently plays for Botafogo it claimed had suffered a heart attack and nearly died at Anfield.

Yesterday, Doni has officially leave Liverpool and return to his homeland, Brazil for grazing with Botafogo. A number of interesting stories over the past two seasons to strengthen the Reds.

One story that recognition is not forgotten when he nearly died from a heart attack last summer. It is recognized Doni makes himself had long absence.

"I almost, I almost died. I'm having a heart attack for about 25 seconds, "explained Doni told Calciomercato.

"After that, I was being treated by one of Europe's best doctors. He treated me very well. He also asked me to stop (playing) for a few months, "he continued.

During his career at Anfield, Doni indeed failed to show his best performance. Former AS Roma's goalkeeper did not even get in the squad for the Reds since last appearing on the party of the season 2011/2012 in May. (acf)
