TOKYO - The latest color variant of the smartphone flagship from Samsung, Galaxy S4 unfold in Japan. The latest color seen in the promotional material of a local operator in Japan, given the name 'Blue Arctic' is a variant of the third color that will accompany variants Black Mist and White Frost.
