Kodak Given Green Light to Sell Assets

The basic framework of a business plan:

    Executive Summary (Executive Summary): Shows the most important aspects in business, summarizes the main points in business planning.

    Company Description: Displays the ins and outs of the company.

    Description of Target Market: Identify the type of person or business that is most preferred by consumers, and explain their needs and desires.

    Competitive Analysis: Evaluate other companies offering similar products or services.

    Marketing and Sales Planning: Describe how you reach consumers and sell products.

    Operational Planning: Explain how you run a business and operational factors that may be barriers to competition.

    Management Team: Describe the people involved in running your business.

    Development Plan and Performance: Demonstrate how the development of your business in a certain time, how do you achieve it, and you want to achieve the target.
    Financial: The financial statements showing the financial condition of the newest and financial targets to be achieved in the future.
