No wonder Apple Sued Google

CALIFORNIA - Executive Chairman of Google, Eric Schmidt expressed his views about Apple, including the legal dispute between the company partners with the company Steve Jobs founded it. Apple steps requiring some Google partners like Samsung and HTC, astonished Schmidt.

"Apple and Google are well aware of the legal strategies with one another. Yet it is strange that Apple would choose partners sue Google and instead of Google," Schmidt said, as reported by Apple Insider, Thursday (12/06/2012).

However, Schmidt saw that the lawsuit is "active" and "pending" will continue for a while, as far as Apple and Google have a relatively stable finances. According to the man who was once the CEO of Google, the feuds in court will likely be a negative impact on small startup companies than large.

Furthermore, Schmidt also spoke about the relationship "chills" between Google and Apple in one year. "Obviously, we'd rather they use our maps. They also get rid of the YouTube home screen (iOS devices). I'm not sure the reason they do that," he said.

"But I'm sure Apple CEO Tim Cook and Google CEO Larry Page still running the company like an adult," said Erik.

HTC Plans to Launch WP 8S yet in the U.S.

CALIFORNIA - Today, HTC will focus on presenting the Windows Phone (WP) 8X in the United States (U.S.). As for the cheaper version of the Windows Phone 8X 8S, the company had no plans to launch the smartphone in the U.S..

Quoted from Softpedia, Saturday (01/12/2012), HTC confirmed that the tech site Engadget. According to the statement, HTC will offer Windows Phone 8X as major smartphone company.

"8X Windows Phone from HTC is available in AT & T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless in the United States. Because we focus on the Windows Phone 8X, then Windows Phone 8S for is not currently planned to be distributed to the U.S. market, "said a statement from the HTC.

Even so, it does not mean that the smartphone would not be towed by a U.S. carrier. But with HTC's official statement, it seems that Windows Phone 8S opportunity to be present in the U.S. in the near future is slim.
