Quoted from Computerworld, Friday (12/10/2012), reported that Microsoft filed a new lawsuit with Motorola and Google. The company made Bill Gates claimed that both companies violated patents owned by Microsoft's mapping.
Microsoft explained that the existing Google products Motorola devices infringe patents that describe a method to obtain the location of the database, such as sources of information from the database both Starbucks locations and overlay of the two sets of data. Microsoft claims that this technique is used in Google Maps installed on Android devices made by Motorola.
Meanwhile, Motorola has dealt with Microsoft on patent disputes, and finally had to pull all the Android devices of all store sales in Germany. (FMH)
