Gizmo, the G-Series Motherboard APU

CALIFORNIA - an American technology company, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), ready to release a new product by the name of Gizmo. After a long time does not appear, unit G-Series processor speed will again present in the latest version through GizmoSphere.

Quoted from Softpedia, Sunday (01/27/2013), GizmoSphere an open source embedded system development company. The source has been selected by AMD for use as a place for G-Series chips. It takes time and a lot of money in doing research and development, however, it will make it more focused on the product mix and more mobile than ever before.

The company has been trying to gain a foothold in the industry last year, however, the G-Series does not get a lot of the winning design. Currently, the G-Series is certain to be adopted by a very small motherboard integrated.

Named Gizmo, the device is still capable of measuring 101x101mm crammed on x86 Bobcat core, AMD Radeon HD6250 graphics chip, and a variety of interfaces. More specifically, Gizmo possess plenty of connectors for digital signage, x86 set-top boxes, IP-TV, information kiosks, casino games, media servers, industrial control systems, and small clients.
