Ideally Brewed Tea How Long?

Brew a cup of tea, it seems that nothing is difficult when doing so. However, different brewing method will produce different flavors of tea too.

Make tea not just a fitting dose of tea and water. It is also important to take into account how long you soak in the hot tea. If not, it is not impossible if the resulting tea tastes bitter.

Black tea (excluding Darjeeling)

Brewed black tea with a water temperature of 96-98 degrees Celsius (just below boiling temperature). Soak the tea for 3-5 minutes, and 5 minutes when added with milk and sugar.

Darjeeling tea

Darjeeling tea makers on water temperature 96-98 degrees Celsius (just below boiling) for 2 minutes.

green tea

Brewed green tea in water temperature 71-79 degrees Celsius. To get this temperature, allow the water to boil for a few minutes before you use for Brew. Green tea is quite soaked for 1-2 minutes in hot water, and for 3-4 minutes for green tea from China.

white tea

White tea makers, who come from Indonesia, the water temperature 79-87 degrees Celsius. To get this temperature, allow the water to boil for one minute before use for Brew. Soak the white tea for 30 seconds-2 minutes in hot water.

oolong tea

Oolong tea should be brewed with water temperature of 96 degrees Celsius for approximately 3 minutes.

Rooibos or herbal tea
Oolong tea should be brewed with water temperature of 96 degrees Celsius for 3-8 minutes. (FTR)
