CALIFORNIA - Apple filed a patent on the fingerprint sensor will be used as a lock iPhone. When the way is true, the iPhone will only be opened using fingers owners.

Quoted from TechRadar, Saturday (10/13/2012), U.S. Patent and Trademark Office recently granted a patent filing Apple about the fingerprint reader on the iOS device.

Site PatentlyApple indicate that this new security system may be joined with the iPhone.

Fingerprints are just one way that was published in Apple patent regarding security. In addition there are other ways to illustrate unlock iPhone. For example, with a big smile with a pin or eye recognition systems.

The new security measures seem consistent with Apple's move to buy two security companies recently. Apple has bought AuthenTec worth USD356 known to make a fingerprint scanner.

Apple also keeps Microlatch security interest in the company. The two companies are reportedly working together to realize a new technology that is used for the iOS NFC future. (yhw)
