Pyongyang - North Korea (North Korea) promise to improve their defense, by the fear of doing a third nuclear test by the Communist state. North Korea seems to realize that they are the target of the countries that do not require nuclear testing.

"We will continue to reinforce the strength to resist forms of warfare," North Korean Foreign Ministry statement, told KCNA, quoted by Reuters on Monday (14/01/2013).

A memorandum issued by the North Korean Foreign Ministry indicated that, the United States (U.S.) must disarm the resolutions of the United Nations (UN) is to impose a cease-fire between North and South Korea (ROK) Korean War ended in 1953 ago.

While about nuclear technology at their disposal, the North claimed they built to protect themselves from the U.S.. This memorandum is inseparable from the long-range rocket launch that North Korea conducted last December.

The U.S. along with South Korea and other allies worry, it's rocket launch was a disguised test of North Korea's nuclear missiles.

Nuclear testing is not new for the North. They previously had been done in 2006 and 2009. The test was conducted after the UN Security Council to condemn and sanction North Korea test-launch a rocket over the previous year.(Faj)
